Order process

Select fabric articles that will be used to create your Memory Bear.
Complete Memory Bear order form and sign.
Send the fabric insured with return receipt, completed order form and payment to:

Contract Disclosures

Bear not intended for children under 3 years of age.
Flavor Sisters dolls not intended for children under 3 years of age.
Permission to use photos of fabric articles, in process and finished product for promotional uses.
Flavor Sister doll color and dress fabrics may vary.
Memory Bears and Flavor Sisters are not machine washable, surface clean only.
Delivery of fabric articles is the responsibility of the customer. All articles should be shipped "Insured and return receipt," to Matters of the Heart. Matters of the Heart is not responsible for lost articles prior to receipt of the articles.
Remaining fabric will not be returned unless otherwise specified, additional shipping fees will apply.
All custom patterns are property of Matters of the Heart.
